Sessions run over a secure, encrypted video link, held to the same BACP confidentiality as meeting in person. After a free fifteen-minute call, you join from any private space on a phone, tablet or laptop.

It often is. You do not need any local support network or a familiar face to begin; you simply join from home. That distance can even make it easier to be honest, and we can also look at the isolation that made the habit easier to slip into.
