Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how you may use this website and the basis on which counselling is offered. By using the site you agree to them.
In a crisis? This website cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 999. For urgent support call NHS 111, or the Samaritans free any time on 116 123.
Information, not medical advice
This website is for general information about my counselling services. It is not a substitute for professional, medical or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a counselling or therapeutic relationship between us. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about your health.
Bookings and consultations
I offer a free consultation of around fifteen minutes so we can both see whether working together feels right. Booking a session is confirmed once we have agreed a time directly. Session fees and lengths are set out on the How I Work page.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, as much notice as possible is appreciated. The specific notice period and any cancellation fee will be agreed with you as part of our working agreement before therapy begins.
Confidentiality
Counselling with me is confidential, within the limits explained in the Privacy Policy and our individual counselling agreement.

The text, design and images on this website belong to ADART Counselling & Therapy unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

I take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but I cannot accept liability for any loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
