We begin with a free fifteen-minute call to check we are a good fit, and the same sessions are available by secure video if travelling is difficult or you would simply prefer it.

Preston Park Station has frequent trains to Hove in a few minutes, and buses down the Ditchling Road and London Road corridors head towards the centre and on to Western Road.
