Everything runs by secure video, with Bradley based in Hove, so there is no building here to be seen entering and no local staff who might recognise you from somewhere else. Sessions can be fitted around shifts at any hour that works, including late evening. If you have used on the day we speak, that is information rather than a rule broken, and it stays part of what we look at together.

Speak to your GP or a local drug and alcohol service first, and they can arrange a safe, medically supported withdrawal. Counselling works alongside that, not instead of it.

Yes, and a good number of people in this town do precisely that. A parked car with headphones is often the most private space available. What we need is somewhere you can speak honestly for an hour, not a particular kind of room.
