Can I do this from a shared house in Athersley?
Yes, and a lot of people do. Headphones make more difference than a closed door. If the house is never empty, we can use a car, a break at work or an early slot before anyone else is up. Tell me what is realistic and we build round it.
Do you have to tell my GP or my employer what I use?
No. Nothing goes to your GP, your workplace or your family without your say-so. The one exception is a serious and immediate risk to someone's life, which I would talk to you about first wherever that is possible. Otherwise what you say stays between us.
Is this separate from the NHS?
Yes. I'm an independent private counsellor, arranged directly with you, not part of any local NHS or council service. You're welcome to use NHS talking therapies alongside or instead - I'm simply another option, available by video at a time that suits your week.
