Could this affect my job if it came out?
Nothing comes out through the counselling. There is no report to an employer, nothing shared with occupational health unless you set that up yourself, and no entry on any personnel record. Whether to tell work anything at all is a decision you can think through in the sessions.
My shifts change every week. Can sessions be flexible?
